Thankful...

I thought I lost these pictures with my camera... but, thankfully, I had already downloaded them! Anyways, a few weekends ago, the whole Naville family got together for a night 'thankful' celebration. We don't ALL get together near enough, living so close, so when we do, I am in papparazzi mode!

We are a family of faith and we love the Lord, so we thought we'd get together and celebrate all that He has blessed us with lately. All the glory is His.... Without our faith, where would we be?? Relying on ourselves?? That's pretty scary!! No thank you, I will trust in Jesus, who is always faithful, everpresent and true.

So, what are we thankful for, you ask?

1. Jobs... For the boys... Jerry had an answered prayer in that when Southeast opened a church in Indiana, he followed it here and thus the entire Naville family is now over here across the river! Dan works with his dad at PPG and just last night, Big Jerry was saying how he just fits right in! Perfect! Matt has just switched jobs where he will be working from home doing basically what he did for Floyd, only for a consulting company helping hospitals across the country. He will truly be in his glory of spreadsheets locked up in the basement at home! ;-)

2. Stay-At-Home Momma's - All of us girls, with kiddos, are now at home raising our children. Our husbands have been our biggest fans and we can't thank them enough for leading our household and making such sacrifice for their families. I know for a fact that they wouldn't have it any other way.

3. BETH & JOHN! They are now both here in Floyd County. Finished with college. Married. and starting their lives together! Beth just finished her Master's in Speech Therapy and started her full-time job in the past few weeks! They are casually house-hunting and things seem to be falling right into place!

4. Kiddos! All the kids are healthy, happy and thriving! Mimaw & Papaw Naville's grandkid count is up to 4 with 2 on the way! The family is growing so fast!

5. A recent answered prayer that happened after the actual celebration, was that Mimaw's 'lump' under her arm came back benign! Hooray!

6. And EACH OTHER! We all love each other so much and get along so well! I couldn't have been more blessed to marry into a more loving family!

The 'Rents'... with Miss Evie

The 'Great Men'
The 'Great Women'

The Girls!
The Boys!
The Preggers' - Last pregnancy, we had Cyd & Evie 2 days apart. Right now, I'm about 1 month ahead of Tiff... No, it wasn't planned!
Jude & Cyd playing Cornhole

Evie was our entertainment around the fire. She's our nightowl. All the others were fast asleep! ;-)
Doing 'spiderman' fingers with Great Gma Naville! So funny!
Anyone ever play 'inchy-pinchy'? Obviously, John had not!.. Hahaha!

That's all folks! Zoo post coming soon!
Matt, I'm sure you're going to read this at some point while you're away! I love you and miss you! Can't wait till Thursday! 2 days down (almost) for this week atleast!

a little crazy, but as i was reading andrea's blog (utley crew), the title of your blog caught my eye. came on over, read your blog, and thought to myself, "is that kasie (witten)?" and it is!! we were church camp friends growing up and i occasionally wonder what she is up to these days. glad to read that her family is doing well. it's a small world, isn't it? and thanks so much for taking the time to recognize your blessings and share them with others. one of the most important things in my life (and sounds like yours, too) is being thankful every single day. anyways, take care and please tell kasie hello for me.
